Peter Christian Rabeneck was born near Munich and has been interested all his life in how our brains work and why we are the way we are.
He is primarily concerned with how we can continue to develop.
His career began in the automotive industry as an apprentice, but ultimately he always worked on himself and pushed his boundaries. He was one of the few people who worked as Head of Business Consulting at Mercedes-Benz without ever having studied. As managing director with power of attorney, he reached another milestone in his career.
However, his biggest challenge was a completely different one – his daughter. From one day to the next, your life changes completely and you have to change your perspective.
After his trainer certification in the NLP of the Society of Dr. Richard Bandler, he redefined his life and dedicated himself entirely to the transformation of feelings, because in reality it is not our thoughts that lead and guide us, but their connection to certain feelings.

Why it is so important to understand how you really work
Peter Christian Rabeneck has been dealing with a central question for decades: Why do some people find their way early on – while others work against themselves for years?
His answer is simple – and at the same time profound: most people don’t know how they function internally.
He realized early on that traditional career advice, performance assessments and personality tests often miss the point. He experienced this for himself at an early age. It took Peter himself more than 20 years to find his own calling.to find his own calling.

In his work with young people, students and career starters, Peter Christian Rabeneck has experienced the same thing time and time again:
Many people have never considered what they are capable of or how they can find out what talents they have. There is currently very little on offer and everyone is working at the level of consciousness. The Strengths Test arose from the conviction that every person has an inner blueprint – a natural, instinctive way of thinking, feeling, acting and making decisions – an unconscious competence.
